Abstract

The lecture reflects the importance of procedures and process management in spatial development. Necessary Basics für implementing problemoriented procedures and processes are discussed and demonstrated within case studies.

Objective

In spatial planning beside factual issues also the questions of organization are very important. The aim of the lecture is to show important maxims and principles for configuring planning processes. They are demonstrated with some concrete examples.

Content

- Types of tasks (routine tasks, project tasks, focal point tasks) - Basics of organization (organizational structures, procedures) - Roles - Time - Designing and conducting planning processes
