Abstract
Research knowledge in Geriatric population focused exercise science evolves rapidly. The aim of this lecture is to provide a source of advanced theoretical and applied science and the implications for exercise interventions specific to the elderly.
Objective
1. The aim of this lecture is to provide a source of advanced theoretical and applied science of normal and pathological aging, clinical problems, and their implications for exercise interventions, and considerations specific to the elderly. Furthermore, learning to identify and formulate open research questions in these fields (the identification of research needs) is an important aim of these lectures. 2. Acquisition of the qualification "Seniorensport"
