Abstract
The mentored work subject didactics functions according to the principle of the led teaching tandem. In other words, the students are attending 10 lessons by a fellow student and document their observa-tions in a report. The realisations are then communicated to the fellow student in a advisory manner.
Objective
- The students learn to analyse the lessons. - The students view the lessons from the view point of pupils and learn to acquire different perspec-tives. - The students learn how to interpret and formulate feedbacks and pass them on in a suitable form to their fellow students. - The students learn to perform is – is analyses - The students learn from watching lessons to use the realisations for their own lessons.
