Abstract

This course is part of the MAS-IP Program, which is divided into the following parts: 1) Introduction to law and basic IP issues; 2) Patent law; 3) Copyrights, trademarks, industrial design and competition law; 4) IP in computer sciences and life sciences; 5) Managing, financing, licensing and litigating IP.
