Abstract
In this lecture, different aspects of sport psychology will be illustrated. After a general introduction to sport psychology, all relevant topics such as emotion or motivation in sports will be covered. Furthermore, the application of mental skills training will be discussed in depth.
Objective
Students will be introduced to the foundations of sport psychology as well as the application of mental skills training.
