Abstract

The content of the course is focused on the exergetically optimized dimensioning and the constructive design of one and two phase heat exchanger systems.

Objective

Fundamentals on heat exchanger an heat exchanger systems design focusing on minimization of exergy losses is presented.

Introduction in exergy losses at heatexchangers, multiphase flow and heat exchange, condenser, evaporators, regenerators, gas-solid heat exchange, pinch methodology
