Abstract
The course will provide a comprehensive overview of the Swiss legal system and examine, in some detail, the most important legal relations between individuals (in particular business associations).

Content
Einführung in den Aufbau der Rechtsordnung. Behandelt wird das Vertratsrecht (Entstehung der Verträge, Erfüllung und Nichterfüllung der Verträge, Kaufverträge, Werkverträge, Kreditkartenverträge, Verträge über Software, Netzungszugangsverträge) sowie die privatrechtliche Haftung (Verschuldenshaftung, Kausalhaftung, insb. Produktehaftung). Einführung in das Sachenrecht (Eigentum, Dienstbarkeiten und Pfandrechte).
