Abstract
This course will examine the ways in which property and society intertwine to shape the fundamental concepts of Property Law, in particular ownership.
Objective
The understanding of functions and significance of property laws.
Content
General theories and principles of property law. The "objects" involved in property law. The transfer of property; private law and public law property restrictions. Possession and registry of deeds as the proof for property laws.
