Abstract

Students will apply the legal principles taught in the courses “Rechtslehre” and “Baurecht” to solve specific problems that have arisen in Swiss Supreme Court decisions.

Objective

Behandlung von Rechtsfällen, welche die Arbeit im Architekturbereich betreffen.

Content

This course illustrates theoretical law and building regulations by means of practical examples. Emphasis is placed on real estate and building regulations.
