Content

Program Winter 2006/2007 Landscape and Theory Under the weight of diverse demands, landscape is a concept currently undergoing constant transformation and threatening to lose distinctiveness. It encompasses many overlapping definitions, viewpoints and points of reference related to the disciplines concerned: geographical, cultural, aesthetic, economic, ecological and many others. Landscape theory tries to conceive of the diverse aspects of landscape together in order to then make plausible suppositions and definitions available from which to develop approaches, methods and procedures for various areas of professional practice. 26.10.
