Objective

The objective is to provide theoretical backgroung for analysing food markets and supply chains dynamics.

The course is dedicated to reading theoretical articles (extracts) in Micro-economics, mainly New Institutional Economics, or economic Sociology, for discussing their relevance when analysing food markets and supply chains case-studies.
