Abstract

This course provides a broad and introductory overview into the entrepreneurial activities, especially focusing on the development of innovative enterprises. During the course, knowledge of the entire process starting from the foundation of a company, building up and expanding the business, and managing entire enterprises is provided.

Objective

The aim of the course is to provide an introduction on the basic elements of entrepreneurship, management and leadership.

Content

The course consists of following topics: new entrepreneurial ventures and its prerequisites; business plan, strategies and financing; innovation, product and marketing strategies; human leadership and organizational aspects; problem and conflict management; leadership, negotiation skills and techniques, risk management; and presentation of success factors and stories
