Abstract

The seminar deals with theoretical approaches to and empirical results on entrepreneurship, self-employment and new business start-ups. Topics will be the two basic processes of entrepreneurship research: the processes involved in founding a new business and analyses of the factors contributing to its success or failure.

Objective

The main purpose is to provide an introduction to international entrepreneurship research.

Content

The main topics will be the processes involved in founding a new business and the influences on their success or failure.
