Abstract
Adapting a full scale wastewater treatment plant for approx. 100’000 p.e.: Derivation of an overall mass balance from operational data; design of the extension of the existing plant to include biological P removal but not nitrification / denitrification; design of the supporting chemical P precipitation; adaptation of sludge handling. Teamwork, writing of reports and presentation of results.
Objective
Die Studierenden sollen in der Lage sein moderne Verfahren der Abwasserreinigung zu entwerfen. Sie sollen lernen in Gruppen zu arbeiten, Berichte zu verfassen und die Resultate ihrer Arbeit zu kommunizieren.
