Abstract

To get acquainted with the principles and applications of some additional routine methods of instrumental food analysis (GC-MS, electrophoresis, NIR-reflexion spectroscopy, refractometry, polarimetry).

To get acquainted with the principles and applications of some additional routine methods of instrumental food analysis (GC-MS, electrophoresis, NIR-reflexion spectroscopy, refractometry, polarimetry).

Content

Main focus: Mass spectrometry, applications of gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). Further methods: Electrophoretic methods, NIR-reflexion spectroscopy, refractometry, polarimetry.
