Abstract

Discussion of strategies and tactical manoeuvres in organic synthesis using recent examples of natural product syntheses. In the winter term 06, we will start with 2 syntheses of hexacyclinol and the rather strange circumstances involved in these matters.

Objective

Vertiefung der Synthesemetodologie anhand neuerer Beispiele aus der Literatur. Erweiterung der Kenntniss über org.-chemische Reaktionen (Mechanismen, Anwendungsbereich).
