Abstract

This first course is an introduction to Russian language (and culture) for beginners (Level A1). The course treats both the Cyrillic alphabet and phonetics and develops a basic vocabulary. In two terms the students acquire a basic knowledge of the most important aspects of Russian grammar. The students also develop their reading and speaking skills and get an insight into cultural contexts.

Content

Der Sprachkurs Russisch I / II setzt sich zum Ziel, in zwei Semestern die wichtigsten Bereiche der Grundgrammatik zu behandeln und dabei einen repräsentativen Grundwortschatz aufzubauen. Wert gelegt wird auf Sprachvermittlung in historischen und kulturellen Kontexten. Ohne dass die Konversation ganz vernachlässigt wird, hat aufgrund der zeitlichen Bedingungen die Lesekompetenz Vorrang. Der Kurs geht relativ rasch voran und setzt ein zusätzliches Training insbesondere beim Aufbau des Vokabulars von mindestens 2 Std./Woche voraus.
