Abstract

Within the scope of the lecture "Traffic Law / Traffic Commercial Law", besides an introduction into the legal basis of the national and international traffic, the main interest will be laid on actual political and economical questions and problems with respect to traffic, (e.g. rail reform II, traffic guidance, traffic and NFA, air traffic vs. environment law etc.).

Within the scope of the lecture "Traffic Law / Traffic Commercial Law", besides an introduction into the legal basis of the national and international traffic, the main interest will be laid on actual political and economical questions and problems with respect to traffic, (e.g. rail reform II, traffic guidance, traffic and NFA, air traffic vs. environment law etc.).

Content

Within the scope of the lecture "Traffic Law / Traffic Commercial Law", besides an introduction into the legal basis of the national and international traffic, the main interest will be laid on actual political and economical questions and problems with respect to traffic, (e.g. rail reform II, traffic guidance, traffic and NFA, air traffic vs. environment law etc.). With exercises and discussion of practical cases of interest to participants, a number of themes will be treated more thoroughly.
