Abstract

Specialization training: Acquisitions of special skills, getting to know the performance factors and training methods in the areas of Snowsports.

Objective

Schneesportarten (Ski/ Sb): - Vertiefen und erweitern der Erfahrung und Fertigkeiten im Schneesportbereich und in der pers.Technikkompetenz der gewählten Sportart. - Erweitern des Transferkönnens in den Bereichen Telemark oder Wettkampf Offpistausbildung: - Erwerben von Kenntnissen und Erfahrungen in der Tourenplanung und -durchführung und im Umgang mit der Natur.

Schneesportarten (Ski/ Sb): - Allgemeine und spezifische Ausbildung der pers.Technikkompetenz in der gewählten Sportart. - Telemark oder Wettkampf als Erweiternde Technikerfahrungen. Offpistausbildung: - Tourenplanung und -durchführung - Umgang mit der Natur - Lawinenprofilaxe
