Objective
Übersicht über organische Partikel und organische Mikrofossilien (Palynomorphe) in Sedimentgesteinen. Ihre Bedeutung für Stratigraphie, Ökologie und Beckenanalyse.
Content
Herkunft der organischen Partikel. Palynologische und geochemische Kerogenklassifikation. Produktion, Erhaltung und Abbau sowie thermische Umwandlung von organischer Substanz. Muttergesteine von Kohlenwasserstoffen. In organischer Substanz erhaltene Mikrofossilien (Palynomorphe) und ihre Bedeutung für Stratigraphie, Ökologie und Klimarekonstruktionen. Praktische Anwendungen.
