Content
Strcture of materials, wave propagation in materials, structural defects(vacancies, dislocations), crystal plasticity. Elements of quantum mechanics, scattering of electromagnetic and particle waves, study of the structure and dynamics of materials. Diffusion and diffusion-controlled phase transformations.
