Abstract

Consolidation and implementation of Biopharmacy I. Experimental determination of pharmacokinetic parameters in vitro: biotransformation experiments (phase I and II) with rat liver microsomes; determination of partition coefficients in the octanol/buffer system including stability testing; protein binding and displacement studies with bovine serum albumin as binding partner.

Objective

Consolidation and implementation of Biopharmacy 1 and 2 (535-0241-01 and 535-0242-02).
