Abstract
The lectures in Medicinal Chemistry and Biophysics give an overview over the most important drug targets and the molecular mechanisms of therapeutic drug effects, structure-function relationships, the biophysical rules underlying ligand-target interactions, as well as strategies for the development and optimization of pharmaceuticals.
Objective
Fähigkeit zur Beurteilung von Therapeutika hinsichtlich ihrer pharmazeutischen und molekularpharmakologischen Eigenschaften.
Content
