Abstract
Produkte haben heute nur noch eine Marktchance, wenn sie den Fähigkeiten und Bedürfnissen des Menschen angepasst und ökologisch sind und wenn deren Preis "stimmt". Unter diesen Gesichtspunkten behandelt die Vorlesung Methoden der Gestaltung bei Produkten wie Schraubenzieher, Baumaschinen, Softwareoberflächen, augmented und virtual reality, Leitwarten oder Interfaces bei teilautonomen Fahrzeugen.

Qualification for the use of firmed ergonomic knowledge in the process of product design.
Content
Procedures will be developed based on existing examples relying upon physiological and psychological abilizies and needs of humans. The basis for this is the concept of an external load which leads to an individual strain. The concept includes the user as an active designer in the process. Examples of products are, e.g., visual displays, eye-glasses, hardware and software assistants in vehicles, simulators and software..
