Abstract

Basic knowledge of food- and neurotoxicology. Knowledge of actual problems and examples in the field of food- and neurotoxicology.

Objective

Quantitative Aspekte von toxikologischen Befunden beurteilen können, insbesondere Expositions-Wirkungsbeziehung. Kennenlernen wichtiger Aspekte der Risikoabschätzung. Vergleich spezifischer Expositionen mit unvermeidbaren Belastungen. Arbeiten mit Standardtabellen.

Basic knowledge of food- and neurotoxicology. Food contents and contaminants. Basics in neurobiology, neurotoxicology and selected areas of food- and neurotoxicology.
