Abstract
This introductory Laboratory course introduces the student to the entire range of classical and modern molecular biosciences. In the second year (present laboratory course) the student does 4 experiments each in Microbiology, Plant Physiology, and Cell Biology. Each experiment takes one full day.

The class is divided into three blocks: Cell biology, microbiology and plant physiology. Each module is four weeks long.- - Cell biology: Cells: Cell types, cell staining methods, cell fusion, cell motility, tissue and development: histology of mice embryos, embryogenesis - Repair mechanisms: DNA repair, wound healing, - Literature and computer projects, presentations - Microbiology: introduction for microbiological methods and techniques, detection of microorganism form environment, microbiology of food products, morphology and diagnostics of microorganisms, Antimicrobial products, genetics of microorganisms, microbiology of the nitrogen cycle, microbial pest control, introduction to mycology,
