Abstract

Organizational dimensions and concepts for organizing. Leadership and leadership styles. Group structures and processes. Organizational culture. Resistance to change. Conflicts and leadership roles in conflict resolution. Co-operation at work and psychological aspects of knowledge management. Psychology of Consulting.

Objective

Get familiar with methods of innovative action and the promotion of cooperation. Establish understanding of roles in organizations and the different possibilities to structure, counsel and change organizations. Get to know different consultancy models. As a result of organizational and counseling problems be capable to justify an adequate consultancy model.

Content

Get the meaning of psychological concepts for the comprehension and the structure of organizations. Group structures und group processes. Innovative and cooperative action, organizational learning. Assistance of change processes, barriers and resistance against change and consultancy models as well as the role of external consultants.
