Basic signal processing techniques (Fourier transformation, FIR/IIR filtering, wavelet transformation, data compression, etc.)Generic modeling approaches for control-oriented models based on first principles and on experimental data.Model scaling, linearization, order reduction, and balancing.Planning of experiments, nonlinear estimation techniques for "gray-box" models.

Vermitteln der Grundkenntnisse der Modellbildung, der Systemanalyse und Optimierung. Erfahrungen sammeln an konkreten Fallstudien.
