Abstract

Introduction of basic methods and techniques (tools) for Problem Solving (at different levels of difficulty). Students are able to (1) clarify description of the problem, (2) analyse causes and consequences, (3) identify alternatives, (4) assess each alternative, (5) and choose one. They know to use the tools appropriately.
