Abstract

The main goal is to familiarize with topics from industrial psychology and apply them to one’s own work. For example job satisfaction, innovative action, teamwork, voluntarism etc.

The main goal is to familiarize with topics from industrial psychology and apply them to one’s own work. For example job satisfaction, innovative action, teamwork, voluntarism etc.

Content

The task of industrial psychology lies in the analysis, evaluation and human shaping of a work activities / work environment and work systems. Activities are referred to as humane when they neither harm the workers health nor affect the well-being. Furthermore they satisfy their demands and correspond to their qualifications.
