Abstract

Dieser Kurs ist teil des MAS-IP Programms, das wie folgt gegliedert ist: 1) Einführung in das Recht und Immaterialgüterrechtsgrundlagen; 2) Patentrecht; 3) Urheber-, Marken- und Wettbewerbsrecht sowie Industriedesign; 4) Immaterialgüterrecht in Computer- und Naturwissenschaften; 5) Managing, Finanzierung, Lizenzierung und Gerichtsverfahren auf dem Immaterialgüterrechtsgebiet.
