Content
The Process is understood as a sequenze of criteria in time, ranging from the first intention of the client to the use and management of the building. Parallel to the design as the main focus of the architectural education, the course offers a consolidation in the fields of the organization of the building and design process, building management, building economics as well as facility management. The summer semester focusses beyond the context of the borders of the country. Tendencies of the design process are the subject of case studies. Economical models are reinforced.
