Abstract
Forms of model generation as part of the design process. Students learn to integrate different CAAD principles into various phases of design. Parametric methods, knowledge-based generators, visual and quantitative simulations are used. The computer is thereby not only understood as tool but also as medium, which enables new forms of co-operation.

WINTER SEMESTER: Forms of model generation as part of the design process. Students learn to integrate different CAAD principles into various phases of design. Parametric methods, knowledge-based generators, visual and quantitative simulations are used. In the exercises, methods of networked learning environments are examined. The computer is thereby not only understood as tool but also as medium, which enables new forms of co-operation.
