Abstract
The main objective of the lecture is to improve Knowledge of the sutudents in Food Marketing, especially in the trademarketing. The main components are: definition and content of trademarketing in the food sector, CMR, ECR and Category Management, Marketing Mix and a visit in a logistic center of a swiss retailer.
