Abstract
This course consolidates the knowledge in systematic botany. Students further expand their knowledge of the native flora during practical courses and on excursions. As part of a project, native representatives of four selected plant families are collected, identified and prepared as vouchers for documentation.
Objective
i) independent identification of unknown, native plant species using identification keys ii) improved knowledge of four native plant families; iii) preparation of proper voucher specimens of representatives of the four native plant families;
Content
This course includes six afternoon with practical work, as well as a one-day excursion and two two-day excursions.
