Market analyses, market research and consumer behaviour; market segmentation and development of marketing strategies; globalisation and multinational marketing; ethics in marketing.

Objective

Improvement of general marketing knowledge and further promotion in handling decisive situations under considerations of business aspects.

Content

Marktanalyse, Marktforschung, Konsumentenverhalten, internationales Marketing, Marketing und Ethik. Veranschaulichung und Vertiefung mit Hilfe ausgewählter Fallstudien aus der Praxis sowie eines Planspieles. Die Veranstaltung wickelt sich grösstenteils am Internet ab (E-Learning).
