Die Vorlesung beginnt mit einigen Ergänzungen zur Quantenmechanik I und legt dann das Gewicht auf die systematische Behandlung der Vielteilchensysteme: Fock-Raum, Zweite Quantisierung, Hartree-Fock Methode, elementare Quantisierung des Strahlungsfeldes, Emission und Absorption von Licht. Anfänge der relativistischen Quantentheorie: Klein-Gordon- und Dirac-Gleichung, relativistische freie Felder.
