Abstract

The aim of the lecture is an introduction in the theory of distributions, in the theory of Fourier transformand in the theory of elliptic partial differential equations.

Objective

Fundamentals of the theory of distributions, fundamentals of the Fourier transform. Elliptic partial differential equations.

Content

Distribution theory. Fourier transform. Hilbert-Sobolev spaces. Cauchy problems in Hilbert Sobolev spaces. Banach-Sobolev spaces. Elliptic Cauchy problems in Banach-Sobolev spaces.
