Abstract

This course provides a broad and introductory overview into the entrepreneurial activities, especially focusing on the development of innovative enterprises. During the course, knowledge of the entire process starting from the foundation of a company, building up and expanding the business, and managing entire enterprises is provided.

Objective

The aim of the course is to provide an introduction on the basic elements of entrepreneurship, management and leadership.

Content

Neues Unternehmertum und dessen Voraussetzungen. Geschäftsplan, Strategien und Finanzierung. Innovation, Produkt- und Marketingstrategie. Menschenführung und Organisation. Problemlösungen in neuen Unternehmungen. Geschäftsführung, Verhandlungstechnik, Behandlung von Risiken. Zielsetzung und Sinnfragen.
