Objective

Introduction into the basics of electronics production and the technology-chain electronics. Special attention is given to modern connection technologies and the figuration of production systems.

Content

Giving a general idea of conventional and new construction elements and substrate (printed circuit boards, ceramics etc.) as well as connections (soldering, glueing, bonding etc.) Introduction into the development of electronics products. Logistics and figuration of production systems. Specific aspects of logistics and testing. Industrial examples.
