Financial statement analysis; managing short-term assets and liabilities; funds flow statements; key management ratios; short-term financing; capital structure and dividend policy; long-term debt, convertible securities and warrants; preferred and common stock; investment decisions and valuing a company.

Objective

Analysis and evaluation of accounting reports, systems and informations in order to improve a company's financial health.

Content

Financial analysis. Management of profitability, asset utilzation and liquidity. Capital-structure policy and financing decisions. Valuing investement alternatives.
