Content
As a compliment to the required lecture course ‘Project Management’, these seminars offer an in-depth discussion of specific issues of planning, construction, and operational processes. Using a simple comprehensive building as an example, the seminar will present the most important approaches to the various aspects of organization, specifications, costs and scheduling. Related documents are then produced, including the definition of a network method, calculation of potential profit and market value of real estate, a cost estimate based on area and volume calculations, fee calculation, architects contracts, builders contracts, schedule and program, liability and guarantee agreements etc. Class exercises provide practice in the most important steps associated with the structuring and execution of an architectural commission.
