Abstract
During the study trip, participants will be putting leadership theory into practice. Based on organisational behaviour theories, they will explore effective communication and leadership through hands-on exercises, theatre games, breath & body awareness and control. This will help them be more agile in their lives and become more confident and inspiring leaders to achieve business objectives.
Objective
This module enables particpants: -To challenge and refine their leadership skills by interacting with peers from diverse backgrounds -To gain a better understanding of leadership theories and how to apply them in practice -To enhance networking and socializing skills and broaden the social network
