Ordinary Differential Equations
Gewöhnliche Differentialgleichungen
Last Updated: 2026-07-22 00:03:49
Abstract
Starting from the well known results about ordinary differential equations (Theorem of Picard Lindelöf) we will study some techniques as the Euler Ansatz in more details, treat systems of ordinary differential equations and finally see the concepts of stable and instable manifold. Furthermore, we will also explore some modeling aspects involving ordinary differential equations.
Objective
Apart from selected mathematical theories about ordinary differential equations, the participant will train their presentation skills (written and oral), learn about giving productive feedback and working in teams.
