Abstract
This course offers basic knowledge of Molecular Biology and Biochemistry: DNA structure, replication and repair, molecular methods (DNA sequencing, cloning and genome editing), transcription, RNA processing, translation, protein structure and function, properties of enzymes and their mechanisms, as well as several metabolic pathways.
