Abstract
"Pressure Points" is the public discourse series of the MAS UTD— convening practitioners, researchers, and critics to discuss over the ecological, political, and spatial forces that shape how territories are made, unmade, and contested.
Objective
Examining the issues raised in the MAS UTD, each semester considers a specific theme, building toward the creation of a contemporary library of territorial knowledge. An expectation of the course is to position oneself discursively within contemporary conversations on architecture, urbanism, and territory, developing sets of skills to communicate their standing in a scientific manner.
Content
5 sessions, with preparatory readings, attendance to school’s lecture and a learning paper.
