Abstract
Learning the basics and applications of modern analytical methods with a focus on mass spectrometry in food analysis.
Objective
The aim is to acquire the fundamentals of modern chemical analysis and its application and interpretation in the food sector. Simple mass spectra can be interpreted. The implications of the interpretation can be assessed.
