Abstract
Innovation involves bringing ideas to market, addressing challenges, and understanding the lifecycle of products and ideas.
Objective
In this module, participants will understand the varying aspects of different phases of innovation, starting with creating promising ideas
Content
Innovation is more than a good idea: It involves bringing the idea to the market, resulting in a highly differentiating market position. To ease market introduction, special emphasis is put on deep knowledge about the challenges to be addressed by introducing its critical exploration. Not only products but also ideas have a lifecycle, from conception through launch, scaling, maintenance, phase out, and replacement by a new innovation. Each phase faces particular challenges that will be explored.
