Abstract
The course provides the framework of facilitating and organizing innovation and R&D.
Objective
Participants shall understand the background of the methods covered and shall be able to apply them in a real world case
Content
This course provides an introduction to innovation and research & development within a commercial enterprise. Participants will learn how to facilitate innovation, and organize and guide an R&D organization. The on-line Polybook (self-study) provides background and detail information on the topics that will be covered in the course. These methods have to be applied in a self-chosen ‘innovation challenge’ that is handed in and graded.
