Abstract
This module introduces the basic concepts of classic dietary assessment and of dietary reference values. In addition, novel, digital methods for food monitoring as well as health in general will be introduced. Biomarkers for nutritional assessment will build the last part of this module.
Objective
Students can apply classic dietary assessment methods and interpret generated results Students can describe the general concept of digital health Students know how to apply methods for digital nutrition monitoring and understand their benefits and limitations
